Microsoft just paid $14 million to settle a dispute with employees in California. Employees accused the company of penalizing workers who took time off for medical or family reasons.
The California Department of Civil Rights has accused the tech giant of retaliation against its employees, saying it is legally protected and regulated. Microsoft He wanted to pay a total of $14.4 million to complete this project.
